Originally from Hunan, China.

Currently in Hong Kong.

Hello, I'm Annie - a product designer, behavioral researcher, and problem solver based in Hong Kong. Originally from Hunan, China, I studied in Kiel, Germany, where I learned firsthand how cultural and social influences shape our perspectives. Being exposed to different perspectives taught me the importance of being open to change and fresh ideas.

My passion for psychology and design began in elementary school and led me to study industrial design. I became fascinated with understanding how people think, feel, and behave, and how products can enhance their lives.

Previously, I worked as a UX designer at HSBC Public Website team, where I contributed to and described design patterns, and created cross-channel journeys to onboard new customers and improve customer engagement. Before that, I led user research across 8 markets and managed website and online store development at M800, and co-led the design system and style guide for web and mobile at CBX Software.

Throughout my career, I've helped startups like Wangwangda and established brands create world-class digital experiences.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
